Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after purchase.
If you need to update your address, please call or email us as soon as possible.
If a package is returned due to our error, we will reship it at no additional cost.
If it is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees charged by local authorities.

Customer Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

Product Usage
If you experience any discomfort while using our garment, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.

Garment Care
Hand wash with neutral soap due to the delicate fabric and its contact with intimate areas.
Garments without rods may be machine washed without softener.
Always air dry to preserve quality and longevity.

General Policy
If you receive an incorrect garment (wrong style or size), please do not wear it. We will provide a return label at no cost and send the correct item.
The garment must be returned unworn, clean, and in the same condition received. If it is worn, damaged, or dirty, we will not be able to process the exchange.
