Exchanges for Waist Trainers:

We only accept exchanges for waist trainers.

The waist trainer must be in its original condition, with no signs of usage.

The original packaging and tags must be attached.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Full Body Garments:

If you ordered a full body garment by mistake and it has not been opened or tried on, you may contact us to discuss the possibility of an exchange.

Approval for exchanges of full body garments is at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No Returns or Refunds:

We do not offer returns or refunds.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the condition of the item and confirm whether it meets our exchange criteria.

Approval: If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our exchange criteria, we will process your exchange and send you a new item.
Received the Incorrect Style or Size?
If you receive an incorrect garment—whether it’s the wrong style or size—please do not wear or use it. We take full responsibility for the error and will provide you with a return label at no cost, as well as send the correct garment.
However, we kindly ask that you return the item in the same condition it was sent to you. If the garment is worn, damaged, or dirty, we will not be able to accept the return or send a replacement. We understand the mistake was on our end, but we also ask for your cooperation in keeping the garment clean and unworn so that we can process the exchange smoothly.
